Most orders are custom and require between 2-4 weeks for production before being delivered.

We use FEDEX Ground. If you wish to have your items EXPRESS shipped please email us at service@shophibou.com.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive an email confirmation along with shipping information once your order ships out.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Any order above $200, the shipping is on us! Shipping is calculated when you checkout. If you wish to have your items shipped EXPRESS, please contact us at service@shophibou.com
Canada Flat Rate: $10 - $20

We currently ship to CANADA & U.S.A. (Excluding Hawaii & Alaska)

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email service@shophibou.com & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returns or exchanges.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging.
We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) (manufacturer defects only) returned to us that are unused.
Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for an exchange, return or repair. All sale or Promo items are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchange will be accepted.
